IsiTumbler turns the growing demand for tumbler use into real, research-driven product solutions — so clean drinking water is always within reach, without single-use plastic.
Discover our solution Our impactIn 2020, three founders — Han Gie, Veibert M Pinontoan, and Manila Kristin — noticed something changing around them. More people were carrying tumblers, choosing to refill rather than buy bottled water. Yet the ecosystem to support that healthy habit had not caught up.
So we did what innovators do: we researched. We studied the real demand for tumbler use, the gaps in access to clean drinking water, and the environmental cost of single-use plastic. From that research, IsiTumbler was founded — and our product solution was born.
Today, we are building toward a future where refilling is the easiest choice anyone can make.
IsiTumbler was built by people who believe good habits deserve good infrastructure.
Driving the vision and strategy that guide IsiTumbler from research to real-world impact.
Turning ideas into working technology — engineering the product solution behind IsiTumbler.
Championing the brand, community, and everyday experience of choosing to refill.
We didn't start with a product — we started with the problem. Our solution is the result of dedicated research into how people actually use tumblers, and what it takes to make refilling with clean water effortless.
Every feature answers a real, documented user need — no guesswork, only evidence.
Designed so safe, clean drinking water is always within reach of your tumbler.
A solution that makes the sustainable choice the convenient one — every single day.
Our product solution is currently in the process of intellectual property (IP) registration — a reflection of how seriously we take original, meaningful innovation. Full product details will be unveiled soon.
A single plastic bottle can persist in nature for centuries. One refill habit prevents thousands of them.
Switching to a tumbler can replace hundreds to thousands of single-use bottles annually.
Change doesn't need to be complicated. It starts with one tumbler, refilled — again and again.
At IsiTumbler, sustainability isn't a marketing line — it's the reason the company exists. Every decision we make is measured against one question: does this help more people refill?
The old way is linear — make a bottle, use it once, throw it away. The circular way keeps materials in use: one tumbler, refilled again and again, with nothing to throw out. IsiTumbler makes the circular choice the easy one, advancing UN Sustainable Development Goals 6, 12, 13 and 14.
Around 8–11 million tonnes of plastic reach the ocean every year (UNEP), and Indonesia is among the largest contributors. Each refill is one less bottle that could end up at sea.
Only about 9% of all plastic waste ever produced has been recycled (UNEP). The rest piles up in landfills and nature for centuries. Refilling stops that waste before it starts.
Bottled water carries the weight of making plastic, filling, chilling and trucking bottles around. Refilling clean water locally cuts that footprint at the source.
Figures are indicative, drawn from UNEP and other public sources, and describe the problem IsiTumbler helps solve — not yet our measured impact.
We solve real problems with original thinking — backed by research, protected by IP, and built to last.
The planet is a stakeholder in everything we build. Less plastic, less waste, more refills.
Refill culture grows when people grow it together. We build for — and with — our community.
A future where refilling is the easiest, most natural way to drink water — in Indonesia and beyond — and single-use plastic bottles become a thing of the past.
